What we do

We collect public job postings every day, read what each posting says about criminal records, and label it. We show the jobs that are open to your application first, and we explain what each label means. We do not charge job seekers.

Where the jobs come from

Postings are collected from public job boards. Many employers tick a box when they post, stating that people with a criminal record are encouraged to apply. Others include a fair chance hiring statement. We label both, and keep them separate.

What we do not do

• We do not employ anyone, and we do not make hiring decisions.
• We do not guarantee that an employer will hire you, or that a background check will go a certain way.
• We do not show jobs whose posting says that records disqualify an applicant.
