What the Site is

The Site lists job postings collected from public sources and labels them by what each posting says about criminal records. It is an information service. We are not an employer or a recruiter, we do not take part in hiring decisions, and we do not guarantee that any employer will hire you or consider your application.

No legal advice

Nothing on the Site is legal advice. Laws about criminal records and hiring differ by place and change over time. For advice about your situation, talk to a lawyer or a reentry or legal aid organization.

Accuracy of information

We work to keep listings accurate and up to date, but postings change quickly and may be wrong, incomplete, expired or removed. Labels describe what a posting says on the day we checked it. We provide the Site "as is" and make no promise that it is complete, accurate or available at all times. Always confirm details with the employer before you apply.

Third-party sites

Links lead to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices, and your dealings with them are between you and them.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Site for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
• interfere with or disrupt the Site, or try to gain unauthorized access to it or its systems;
• use bots, scrapers or other automated means to access the Site or to collect, copy or republish its content in bulk, except for ordinary search engine indexing, unless we give you written permission;
• misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or post or send false information about an employer or a job.

Intellectual property

The Site's design, text, labels and compilation are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. Job posting content belongs to the respective employers or sources. You may view and share links to pages for personal, non-commercial use. Other use requires our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content, including decisions about applying for or accepting a job. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the maximum amount permitted by law.

Changes and termination

We may change the Site or these terms at any time. The date at the top shows when the terms were last changed, and continued use after a change means you accept it. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the operator of the Site is established, without regard to conflict of law rules, unless local law requires otherwise.
