Overview

Bowers Aluminum Company is hiring a 2nd Shift Team Lead to guide a team of 6 to 7 employees and support fabrication operations in Battle Creek, MI. Responsibilities include machine setup, troubleshooting CNC and saw machinery, operating forklifts, and staging workloads. The position operates on second shift from 2:30pm to 11:00pm, Monday through Friday, with possible overtime.

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing experience
• Previous leadership experience preferred
• Ability to operate or learn power and hand tools
• Basic counting and math skills
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, and twist for 8 to 10 hours
