Overview

A-America Inc is looking for an experienced professional to manage daily accounts payable tasks, including vendor invoices, freight bills, and payment processing. The position works closely with the Controller, General Ledger Accountant, and purchasing teams. Work takes place in person on a Monday through Friday schedule.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle accounts payable experience
• Hands-on experience with freight or logistics invoicing preferred
• Proficiency with ERP systems, Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to juggle multiple deadlines accurately
• Strong communication and confidential data handling
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience
