Overview

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and secretarial support in property management, contract administration, accounting, and general office and reception functions. Duties include tenant and vendor communication, coordinating maintenance work, drafting and tracking vendor contracts, filing, mail and shipping, timesheet review, and labor spreadsheet entry. The position requires 1 to 3 years of administrative support experience and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
