Overview

The Administrative Coordinator oversees store accounting, cash handling, timekeeping, payroll, and office supplies. This role also partners with Human Resources and Store Management on employee onboarding, training, and conflict resolution. In addition to office tasks, coordinators provide front end support as a cashier during breaks and peak hours.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word with knowledge of accounting software
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift 30 pounds and sit for extended periods
• 1-2 years of retail accounting, administrative, or HR experience preferred
