The Admissions Coordinator owns the admissions process for individuals seeking substance use treatment, from first inquiry through admission. Duties include answering inbound calls, chats, and form submissions, completing pre-assessments, assessing treatment eligibility against admission criteria and insurance policies, managing client financial responsibilities, and using Salesforce, CallTrackingMetrics, Availity, and DMAS. Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of admissions experience in substance use treatment
• Proficiency with Salesforce, CallTrackingMetrics, and insurance verification systems (Availity, DMAS, or equivalent)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle high-stress situations with professionalism and empathy
• Working knowledge of addiction treatment methodologies and insurance processes
