Overview

Midwest Air Products designs, builds, and installs corrosion-resistant PVC pollution control systems for industrial customers. The Applications Engineer works with the Sales Manager on each job, from customer inquiry through design, estimating, and handoff to the shop. The role combines technical engineering work with customer contact and occasional site visits.

Requirements

• Degree in mechanical, chemical, or environmental engineering, or equivalent technical experience
• Recent graduates welcome, training provided
• Strong blueprint and technical drawing reading skills
• Solid grasp of engineering fundamentals such as fluid flow and basic chemistry
• Strong with numbers and Excel
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites
