Requirements
- Strong interest in a long-term construction estimating and project management career
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
- 1 to 3 years of experience in construction estimating, preconstruction, or project support; prior estimating experience strongly preferred
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; estimating software and Procore experience preferred
- Strong organizational, time management, communication, and attention-to-detail skills
