Overview

The Assistant Manager supports day-to-day store operations, including sales, customer service, and employee management, reporting to the General Manager and helping supervise 2 to 4 shift managers and 15 to 50 employees. Duties include opening and closing procedures, inventory management, overseeing front-of-house and back-of-house operations, training new hires, and driving sales growth.
