Overview

Steelhead Metal Corp. is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to support daily operations in their Nampa, Idaho precision manufacturing facility. The role works closely with the Operations Manager to oversee departments including CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, laser cutting, welding, and powder coating. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, supervising floor personnel, and driving process improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Prior supervisory, team leadership, or manufacturing management experience
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Experience with production scheduling and workflow management
• Ability to read manufacturing drawings and production documentation
• Proficiency with computers and manufacturing ERP systems
