Requirements

• Minimum 2 to 3+ years of dealership sales management experience (Desk Manager, Sales Manager, or F&I Manager with desking background)
• Subaru brand experience preferred
• Knowledge of DMS platforms such as Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, and RouteOne
• Knowledge of CRM platforms such as VinSolutions, Elead, and DealerSocket
• Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
• Willing to submit to a standard pre-employment background screening and drug test
