Overview

Greater Baybrook Alliance is launching the Baybrook Marketplace, a community-centered retail space for local entrepreneurs, artisans, and small-scale manufacturers. The Marketplace Program Manager will build inventory and payment systems, recruit and support vendors, grow sales, and connect entrepreneurs with resources. This is a full-time hybrid position in Brooklyn, MD, requiring some evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• Five or more years of relevant professional experience
• Experience working with customers, vendors, entrepreneurs, or small businesses
• Experience managing sales, inventory, point-of-sale, or other operational systems
• Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, or similar software
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems independently
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
