Overview
Norwich Free Academy seeks a BCBA to provide behavior analytic services to students in grades 9-12, including functional behavior assessments, behavior intervention plans, data collection systems, and staff training. Requirements
- Master's Degree in applied behavior analysis or a related field
- BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board in good standing
- Licensed Behavior Analyst in the State of Connecticut
- Minimum of three years of experience following BCBA certification developing instructional programs for individuals with disabilities
- Experience conducting functional analyses and developing function-based behavior intervention plans
- Experience training staff and developing professional development activities related to ABA
