Overview

This is a full-time, field-based role servicing and maintaining Direct Digital Controls (DDC) controllers and Building Automation Systems (BAS) at commercial building customer sites. Duties include periodic maintenance, responding to emergency and on-call service calls, troubleshooting control systems, backing up controller programs, and commissioning controls on renovation work. The position requires 5 or more years of experience servicing commercial BAS automatic temperature control and a high school diploma. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience servicing Commercial BAS automatic temperature control
• Minimum education: High school diploma; vocational or technical associate degree preferable or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge and practical experience troubleshooting Direct Digital Controls (DDC) systems and their electrical interfaces with commercial mechanical equipment
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical blueprints
• Valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check
• Ability to walk up and down stairs and work from ladders
