Overview

Wildish Group of Companies is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to provide maintenance services inside and outside its facilities. The role involves routine repairs, cleaning, janitorial upkeep, and supporting basic mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems. Work is based on-site in Eugene, Oregon.

Requirements

3 to 5 years of maintenance experience preferred
Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
Basic carpentry and small equipment repair skills
Valid driver's license with clean record (no major driving convictions in past 5 years)
Ability to pass pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
