Overview

A BETTER U Behavioral Health is looking for a Case Manager to support clients in reaching their behavioral health goals. In this role, you will develop, implement, and monitor individualized mental health programs while serving as a primary case manager. The position offers remote work and community-based engagement with the freedom to choose your own schedule.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Certificate or training in case management preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of progressive leadership experience in a clinical setting
• Strong understanding of mental health disparities, cultural competence, and equity
• Demonstrated success in program development, implementation, and evaluation
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
