Overview

Under the general supervision of the Program and Assistant Directors, the Case Worker connects senior clients with appropriate entitlements, benefits, programs, and community resources to help with daily living. Duties include eligibility screenings, data entry into STARS and NYC Aging systems, case advocacy, and light office support.

Requirements

• Master of Social Work and 3 years case management experience, or Bachelor of Arts in social science and 5 years case management experience
