Overview
Provide individualized care to Veterans, including grooming, bathing, feeding, toileting, repositioning, and transferring. Document observations and vitals accurately and communicate with nursing staff. Work as part of a dedicated team in an in-person setting, with overtime as needed.
Requirements
- Valid certified nursing assistant certification
- Provide care according to individualized care plans
- Assist with grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, toileting, and incontinence care
- Accurately perform and document vitals, heights, and weights
- Walk, stand, stoop, bend, and lift extensively
- Work overtime as needed
