Overview
Provide individualized care to Veterans under a care plan, including grooming, bathing, feeding, toileting, repositioning, and ambulation. Document observations and vitals and communicate with nursing staff and families. The role requires a valid CNA certification and the ability to walk, stand, stoop, bend, and lift extensively, with overtime as needed.
