Overview

This role supports licensed addiction counselors in helping clients recover from substance use disorders. The CDCA assists with intake, assessments, treatment planning, behavioral interventions, and documentation in a structured care setting. The position is in person in Cleveland, Ohio, with variable weekly hours and a starting pay of $30.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Experience with children, youth, or individuals with developmental disabilities or neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism spectrum disorder
• Knowledge of mental health and behavioral care practices including crisis management and crisis intervention
• Familiarity with addiction counseling principles and substance use disorder treatment strategies
• Ability to measure vital signs and assist with medication administration
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and HIPAA confidentiality
• Certification in First Aid and CPR
