Overview

The Child Care Site Supervisor oversees daily operations at a licensed Before and After School Program site under the guidance of the School Age Child Care Director. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with OCFS regulations, coaching student staff, and maintaining a safe and engaging environment for children. The position operates on a split shift Monday through Friday with additional administrative hours.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor degree in Education, Recreation, Child Development, or related field, or School Age Child Care Credential
• Two years of experience in a childcare setting
• One year of child development experience
• One year of supervising experience
• One year of school age childcare experience
• Valid automobile operators license with own transportation
