Overview

Tier One Facility Services Group is seeking a dedicated 1099 subcontractor who is an independent cleaner or has their own small cleaning team or LLC. This role is a 5 day a week cleaning opportunity located in the New Cumberland area. The position involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety across facilities.

Requirements

• Independent cleaner, small cleaning team, or LLC (1099 subcontractor)
• Commercial cleaning or custodial experience preferred
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
• Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks is a plus
