Overview
St. Francis House, a provider of day services for people experiencing homelessness, seeks a Clinical Supervisor for its LaGrange residential services team. The role provides clinical oversight and supervision to Housing Stabilization Case Managers while carrying a small caseload of residents with complex behavioral health needs. It requires a trauma-informed, harm reduction approach and includes after-hours on-call support in rotation.
Requirements
- LCSW required, LICSW preferred
- Minimum two years postgraduate experience with high-barrier individuals
- Experience providing clinical supervision
- Experience with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders
- Experience with crisis intervention and short-term stabilization
- Proficiency in English; bilingual Spanish or Haitian Creole preferred
