Overview
ACT, Inc. manufactures custom retail fixtures and displays using metal, wood, acrylic, laminate, and other materials. The CNC Laser and Press Brake Operator will produce precision metal components, set up and operate equipment, read drawings, program and adjust equipment, inspect parts, troubleshoot issues, and help train less-experienced team members. The role offers a 4-day workweek, profit sharing, and full benefits.
Requirements
- Hands-on CNC laser experience required
- 5+ years of CNC manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret complex drawings and blueprints
- Ability to use calipers and other precision measuring tools
- Comfortable measuring to thousandths
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
