Production Saw & Machine is a family-owned manufacturer of high and low-volume precision CNC machined parts for automotive, military, industrial, agricultural, and heavy truck industries. The CNC Setup Machinist will set up jobs from start to finish, operate CNC machines between setup tasks, troubleshoot quality and machine concerns, and document data. The position is 1st shift, in person, with voluntary overtime and pay of $30.00 to $40.00 per hour. The employer says people with a criminal record are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of CNC setup experience
• Proficient in G-Code programming at the machine
• Proficient in job setup, including jaws and work holding, tool setup, and programming
• Confident interpreting blueprints
• Knowledge and experience with lathe, mill, and machining center setups
• Comfortable writing G-Code at the machine
