Overview
Maaco Americas Bodyshop is seeking a Collision Estimator to join its team in Plano, TX. In this role, you will inspect damaged vehicles, calculate repair costs, coordinate with insurance policies, and explain estimates to customers. You will also order parts, assist with daily shop operations, and work with production staff to meet quality and sales goals.
Requirements
- Customer service focused
- I-Car Certification is a plus
- Outstanding communication skills
- Self-driven with a desire to earn money based on performance
- Experience with CCC1 and like estimating programs preferable
- Ability to autonomously multitask and prioritize duties
