Overview

The Housekeeper / Room Attendant cleans and maintains guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas to keep the hotel clean and welcoming. Duties include making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, floor care, sanitizing high-touch surfaces, restocking supplies, and handling cleaning chemicals safely. The role also involves reporting maintenance concerns and providing friendly guest service. No prior hotel housekeeping experience is required.

Requirements

• Previous hotel housekeeping or professional cleaning experience preferred but not required
• Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment and tools
• Knowledge of cleaning, sanitation, and chemical-handling procedures preferred
• Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness standards
• Good physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and lift throughout the shift
• Reliable, punctual, dependable, and able to work independently or on a team
