Overview

Manage commercial flooring projects from bid acceptance through installation completion, supervising installers, coordinating schedules and materials, and ensuring quality and safety. Reports to the Commercial Installation Manager. Requires 4 to 6 years of commercial flooring or construction experience and supervision experience.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required, 4 year degree preferred
• 4 to 6 years of commercial flooring or commercial construction experience
• Supervision and/or management experience
• OSHA Health and Safety knowledge, OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Ability to push, pull, lift and carry materials up to 70 lbs frequently
• Ability to retain bending or squatting position 40% of the time and hands and knees 50% of the time
