Overview

HYTEK SERVICES seeks a technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial hot-side kitchen appliances such as ovens, ranges, and fryers in the NW Los Angeles County area. The role involves troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical systems while delivering on-site service to restaurant kitchens. Field technicians will also maintain service records and operate box trucks for client visits.

Requirements

• Proven appliance repair experience with commercial kitchen equipment or field service
• Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
• Customer service and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with box trucks or similar delivery vehicles
• Valid driver's license
