Overview
The Community Aide Worker supports clients in day programs or group homes to promote daily life skills, independence, and overall well-being. Responsibilities include crisis intervention, behavior management, activity planning, administering medications, and assisting with transportation. Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate or higher preferred)
- Valid California driver license and insurable driving record
- CPR and First Aid certification
- FBI and Department of Justice fingerprint clearances
- Passing drug screening test and negative TB test
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
