Overview

Bridge Street Mission seeks full or part-time Shelter Care Staff for the overnight shift (midnight to 8 am) at its Community Shelter, serving up to 69 men and women experiencing homelessness. Staff provide encouragement, accountability, a security presence, and some housekeeping. The preferred candidate has compassion, de-escalation training, and understanding of homelessness and addictions.
