Overview

This full-time position oversees commercial concrete projects from preconstruction through project closeout. Based out of an office in Alvarado, TX, the role requires frequent travel to active construction sites throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Duties include tracking budgets, managing schedules, coordinating subcontractors, and monitoring field safety and quality.

Requirements

• 2 to 3+ years of project manager experience in commercial concrete
• Experience with structural concrete, slabs, foundations, or tilt-wall
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and construction management software
• Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements and commercial practices
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to DFW job sites
• OSHA 30 certification preferred, or willingness to obtain
