Overview

Lead and oversee residential construction projects from start to finish, coordinating daily operations, supervising construction teams, and collaborating with project managers, clients, and subcontractors. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards while maintaining a safe work environment.

Requirements

• Extensive construction site experience with residential building knowledge
• Proven supervising experience with management and leadership skills
• Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore or Bluebeam
• Knowledge of project scheduling, blueprint reading, and construction estimating
• Familiarity with contracts management and quality control procedures
• OSHA 30 certification required
