Overview

3B Protection is hiring a hands-on Construction Manager to lead field construction and installation of ballistic, blast-resistant, and fire-rated protection systems across Nevada and the western United States. The role oversees subcontractors, site supervisors, precast concrete installation, crane operations, safety, quality, and field schedules, working alongside existing Project Managers. It is a field leadership position, not a traditional Project Manager role, and requires regular travel.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial, industrial, heavy civil, or infrastructure construction
• At least 5 years of construction supervision, field management, or similar leadership experience
• Knowledge of concrete construction, foundations, structural steel, and installation methods
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and construction specifications
• Understanding of crane operations, rigging, heavy lifting, and safety requirements
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly
