Overview

WBC Service is seeking an on-site Construction Superintendent to oversee field operations for assigned projects in NYC. Requirements

• 5-10+ years of NYC construction experience in hotels and residential concrete structures
• NYC DOB Superintendent License, SST, OSHA certifications
• 5+ years in a top leadership position for multiple projects
• Knowledge of NYC DOB technical reports and Chapter 33
• 5-10+ years scheduling, prioritizing, and risk mitigation experience
• Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred, or equivalent experience
