Overview
Prepares, seasons and cooks soups, meats, vegetables and other food items for restaurants and in-room dining, including butchering chicken, beef, fish and shellfish. Follows recipes, food handling and sanitation guidelines, and maintains a clean work area. Schedules include holidays, weekends and alternate shifts based on hotel business needs.
Requirements
- One year prior food prep experience required
- Culinary degree or training desired
- Advanced knowledge of food preparation, professional cooking and knife handling
