Back 40 is adding a cook with some experience to its team of chefs and cooks. The ideal candidate can run all stations and has brunch, breakfast, and prep skills. The restaurant offers growth and movement across five Rhode Island restaurants.

Requirements

• Proven cooking experience, including line chef, restaurant cook or prep cook
• Understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
• Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
• Familiar with industry best practices
• Kitchen experience: 2 years (preferred)
• Night shift required, day shift preferred; must commute to North Kingstown, RI 02852
