Overview

Tape Innovations, a custom gasket fabricator serving aerospace, defense, and other industries, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its team. This role handles front desk duties, client communications, and clerical support in an AS9100 certified environment. The position offers an opportunity to develop administrative and customer service skills in a supportive setting.

Requirements

• Ability to commute to Fort Worth, TX 76140
• Excellent customer service skills and friendly phone etiquette
• Ability to learn Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrated computer literacy and technical proficiency
• Experience in an ITAR or AS9100 facility is preferred
