Overview

The Direct Support Professional provides daily support to individuals with Autism and Intellectual Disabilities according to each person's service plan. Duties include personal care, community integration, skill development, health and wellness management, transportation, documentation, and home management. The role requires compliance with Pennsylvania 6100/6400 requirements and completion of orientation, annual training, and DSP certification.
