Overview
The Director of Information Technology oversees the agency's IT infrastructure, systems, security, and regulatory compliance while supervising IT staff. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this hands-on leadership role manages cybersecurity, system upgrades, vendor relations, and long-term technology planning to support HIPAA and HITECH standards. The role also provides technical oversight for the agency's Electronic Medical Record system and cloud platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field preferred; or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of progressive IT experience
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft 365, virtualization, and firewalls
- Valid New York State driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience in behavioral health, healthcare, or non-profit settings strongly preferred
