Overview
The Director of Nursing provides clinical and administrative leadership for the nursing department in an inpatient detox and substance use disorder treatment setting. Responsibilities include overseeing nursing operations, staffing, medication management, regulatory compliance, and patient safety. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Active RN license in good standing with the Oklahoma Board of Nursing
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 3 years of nursing management or supervisory experience
- Ability to complete pre-employment screening, including drug screening, TB testing, and background check
