Overview

Generation Next Life seeks Direct Support Professionals to support teens ages 12 to 16 in a residential setting. Duties include daily routines, cooking, driving residents, documentation, and de-escalation. Shifts are 8 or 10 hours on weekday evenings, weekday overnights, or weekend overnights. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Availability for weekday evenings and/or overnights
• Attention to detail for progress notes and incident reports
• Experience in residential treatment, group homes, behavioral health, youth services, education, or human services is a bonus
