Overview

The Executive Director of Operations provides day-to-day organizational leadership and works closely with the Founder/President and Board of Directors to implement the organization's strategic vision. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, supervising staff and regional leaders, developing community partnerships, overseeing leadership-development programs, assisting with fundraising and grants, preparing board reports, and helping expand the organization into communities throughout Georgia.
