Overview
This position prepares and cooks menu items according to recipes, assists with menu planning, and ensures food safety and hygiene standards are met. The cook maintains kitchen cleanliness, operates equipment safely, monitors inventory, and collaborates with other staff during busy periods. Catering events may be required.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a culinary role, preferably as a Line Cook or Prep Cook
