Requirements
- Minimum 5 years as a diesel technician, fleet mechanic, heavy equipment mechanic, or equivalent heavy-duty repair role
- Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for complex vehicle systems
- Experience with OEM diagnostic software and electronic troubleshooting tools
- Knowledge of diesel engines, transmissions, electrical, aftertreatment, driveline, and chassis systems
- Formal diesel training or OEM certifications preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
