The company seeks a motivated team player with a continuous improvement mindset for an experienced extruder operator role in Flint. The facility runs 24 hours, so the operator must be willing and able to work any shift and weekends, and train on first shift before moving to an off shift.

Requirements

• Must have experience in plastics manufacturing (extrusion)
• Ability to troubleshoot extrusion machines
• Perform inspections and make quality decisions
• Work independently, make decisions, and communicate with others
• Lift, bend, and reach including below the waist and above the shoulders
• Willing and able to work any shift and weekends; train on first shift
