Overview
Transcendia is hiring an Extruder Operator to run extrusion lines from raw material to finished product. The position is on B Shift, Thursday through Saturday and every other Sunday, 6:45 PM to 7 AM. The employer says people with a criminal record are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent and/or 1-2 years of experience or a forklift certification
- Ability to read production tickets
- Ability to work at an accelerated pace
- Ability to perform math calculations and measure using measuring tape or other instruments
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing; must be computer literate
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds, bend, stretch, or stand for extended periods of time
