Overview

The Facilities and Operations Support Specialist maintains the company's buildings, grounds, equipment, and infrastructure. This hands-on role performs routine repairs, coordinates vendors, supports safety and compliance, and assists production teams with technical and assembly tasks. The position reports to the Director of Operations and works closely with the Production Supervisor.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in facilities maintenance, general repairs, construction, or a related hands-on field
• Proficiency with common hand and power tools
• Basic knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
• Strong communication, organization, and vendor-coordination skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
