The Fiberglass Fabrication Lead runs day-to-day work in the fabrication shop while staying hands-on with chop gun operation, lay-up, and repair. Requirements

• Experience with chop gun operation, hand layup, lamination, and fiberglass repair
• Ability to lead, train, and mentor a small fabrication crew
• Ability to work from blueprints and specs to measure, cut, and assemble components
• Comfort using hand and power tools and prepping surfaces by grinding, sanding, and cleaning
• Ability to wear a respirator, which requires a clean-shaven face for a proper seal
• Pre-employment physical and drug test required
